I have worked in Initiative’s Digital Activation team since 2014.

My day-to-day work involves planning and buying the digital aspects of a campaign, working with media owners and IPG Mediabrands’ MAP to create tailored digital plans for my clients.

As I’m pretty new to the industry I am still learning different things every day, especially as the digital world is ever evolving.

I have just about got to grips with the digital media landscape so my next challenge is to learn about how the rest of the media agency works together to produce an engaging campaign through all our other platforms.
